October Half Term Rugby Camp a huge success
The October Camp saw over 50 kids head to Vallis Way for three days of activities during their Half Term break.
The kids were presented with an Ealing Trailfinders t-shirt and bag on arrival before the morning warm-up with Strength and Conditioning Coach Steve Neville.
Throughout the day there were visits from first-team players who would assist with the coaching. The likes of Glen Townson, Grayson Hart and Lewis Robling all engaged and offered advice to the participants.
An awards ceremony concluded each day, where the winners including 'Player of the Day' would receive two tickets to a match of their choice for the remainder of the 2017/18 season.
On the final day there was a surprise visitor, with England Head Coach Eddie Jones posing for photos with the kids and signing autographs which rounded off a memorable three days.
Paddy Gill, who ran the camps was delighted with the outcome.
"The kids were certainly enjoying themselves and it was great to see their skills progressing as the camp went on."
He added: "We will review this camp and make sure that for the next one we continue to improve to ensure another successful half term activity."
Keep an eye out for bookings for the next camp which will take place at Easter!
