Matchday Customer Coordinator vacancy

Success off the pitch is as equally important to our Club as on it and as such we are looking to recruit a Matchday Customer Coordinator.

Ealing Trailfinders are currently ranked among the top 24 teams in the country last season getting to the semi-finals of the Greene King Championship Play-Offs.

This is a great opportunity for an individual who wants the opportunity to support the Club in delivering the best experience to the Ealing Trailfinders supporters. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sport and engaging with the supporters.

The role would be perfect for students and adults who are looking for some part-time work.

Title: Matchday Customer Coordinator

Hours: 4-6 Hours per matchday

Role description: supporting the Hospitality/Events Manager, managing the Front Desk, liaising with ETRFC members, helping coordinate half-time events.

Start date: 2nd September 2017

Pay: £8 per hour

Closing date: 21st August 2017

Skills required:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and react quickly
  • Outgoing and confident to work unsupervised
  • Team player
